I am very sorry to hear about the issue and we have escalated this to upper management so that they are aware. Unfortunately, address changes are not always possible once an order is placed. I do see that we had advised you to reach out to the carrier as they can redirect, hold for pick up or expedite the return process. We are sorry that the return process took some time. Luckily, as the order was returned, we were able to assist you with a refund per the products ordered. Again, we are sorry that this was not a satisfactory situation.
