Order n° VPU191115AMPZODFE To shorten my opinion that I develop below, what I remember from my purchase is that they have a false shipping time (announced at 48 hours, but my package will have taken 5 days to be shipped) and ALL the quality of the products is the Russian roulette, and do not count on them for any after-sales service. If you buy, you take the risk of receiving an item that will be defective and for which Vaporl will do absolutely nothing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My story: I placed an order on the Vaporl.com website to buy 2 electronic cigarettes. The site seems reliable at first sight, no problem when placing the order, the presence of payment by Paypal is reassuring. Except that things go wrong as soon as the payment is made. I placed the order from a French Warehouse (I live in France) and the shipment was to be made within 48 hours. It took 5 days for my package to be delivered to the carrier. Fortunately for me the delivery is done correctly 2 days later. Everything could have ended on a good note, except that by opening the packages, despite the impeccable condition of the boxes, one of the Aegis Minis did not work. The fault is unfortunate, I said to myself, I then contact Vaporl by email, form on the site, Facebook page to know the return procedure to make an exchange. No answer from them for 1 week and to date I have had no feedback from them. In short, I have created a Paypal dispute, and I will never order on this site again.

Ordered two Vapes and three packs of extra coils, waited almost a month for the Vapes to ship, the coils never came and had a delivery exception and we had to wait another week and a half for a refund. Terrible help and it's almost like this is a scam sight that doesn't actually sell things. The Vapes came to the city they were supposed to be delivered to and were shipped out of that city and then back. They said they had the wrong address which my correct address is in my account. This is a scam!! I wasted 50 dollars!
I really can't complain about this company. The deals you can find are pretty extraordinary. I've been buying vape items from them for a while now and really haven't had an issue. My last purchase I made was the first time I was shorted for an item I had ordered. I knew that it was useless for me to contact them about this because I had received the package with Tracking confirmation and I had no actual proof that the item wasnt in the box. Besides that it was a $6.88 clearance sub-ohm tank and not worth getting upset over. That experience won't stop me from shopping here again. I'd give them an A minus or B.

Ordered few times from them, only issue is not the fastest shipping but considering the pricing it's worth waiting few extra days for me. Customer service could answer a bit quicker but overall I can recommend this store.
Do not not waste your time buying here. It's somehow gambling. I ordered a Vaporesso Luxe Kit that was in sale and should have been shipped from the german warehouse. I never received the order. After a few days I contacted the support wich took three days to answer and they told me the product was somehow out of stock. A few days ago I saw that the same kit was still online. They offered me to choose another product. There was nothing in stock in germany. Refunding me took antoher four days with an open paypal case. Result: Ordered -> Paid credit card fees -> Got nothing -> burned money and a lot of time
I made several orders at once. Everything was delivered on time and in full. The only caveat is that each order went in several parts, and the tracking code was only one part. But it does not matter since everything came at the same time. My opinion about the store has improved.

The estimated delivery time was 3 to 7 working days, Let's see, if the package doesn't arrive in 7 days i'll come back giving 1 star and never purchasing again. I placed an order and they took money right away, two months later item still has not shipped. Contacted the company. They said item was out of stock, but it has been in stock for a month. Took 3 months before I received my order They were slightly cheaper than other sites, but I regret giving them a chance. Huge waste of time
I made a few orders and other than waiting for around 15 days for the delivery, everything went just fine. The payment is going through PayPal, even for credit cards, so no shady payment processors, the customer support replied always within 24 hours from my request, and all I can say is that they deliver what they promise. Ordered one vaper and four vape tanks. Tanks are fine but the vaper (the most expensive part of the order) simply doesn't work at all. I know how to use these - I already have one - but their one simply doesn't work. I emailed them immediately but have received absolutely no response - so much for their "Contact Us" and "Guarantee & Return" tabs!!!

I placed an order I clicked on the visa option put in the card number they charged my PayPal instead that the visa I used is not linked to so now my actual bank account will be charged I emailed no response I asked them to cancel so I can re order with said visa but no response wont order from here again and now have figure out how to get money in my bank so I dont overdraft what a nightmare never again...how do reply it doesnt have an option
