This is my third time using Vaya Adventures for a family trip of 6-9 participants. The organization and accommodations of each trip were tailored to my specific requests and needs

Perfect Ecuador experience

Emily with Vaya put together the perfect trip for us - Galapagos and Amazon rainforest - with a little time in Quito as well. Everything went off without a hitch. We highly recommend them without hesitation!

India/Nepal Adventure

Vaya agent, Kelsey Wenger planned an amazing trip for us to India and Nepal. We visited Goa, Mumbai, Varanasi, Ramathra, Agra, Jaipur and Delhi in India and in Nepal Kathmandu and Dhulikhel. Our lodgings, guides, drivers and activities were well planned and interesting. We felt safe and looked after and loved every minute of our trip!

They made a challenging itinerary…

They made a challenging itinerary seamless. We were traveling between remote areas of the Chilean and Argentinian Patagonia. And then linked in a short trip to Iguazu falls in Brazil. Trying to arrange all the logistics of airport transfers and private guides would have been a difficult task on my own. I appreciated working together with our agent, Emily, on developing a personalized itinerary. There are many tours of Patagonia available, but working with Vaya allowed us to choose details that were important to us. We did a tour of Machu Pichu with a different company last year which was good but we spent too much time doing some things we were not interested in doing because it was a pre- packaged itinerary.

The hotel choices were terrific

The hotel choices were terrific. Great locations, friendly attentive staff and comfortable surroundings. The local guide in Bangkok was so attentive without being over bearing, also kept us interested in the sites we visited. Chiang Mai guide was also very good. We were only there for a couple of days but she got us to the most important sites. Hotel there was also comfortable and staff were terrific. We had a wonderful vacation and appreciate the work that Vaya does.

The entire experience was five star

The entire experience was five star. The guides, boat, crew, food, cabins and excursions were superb and enjoyed by all. Our group was also great fun and everyone enjoyed each other's company. Additionally, VAYA provided excellent support with logistics and recommendations. We can't recommend the company highly enough and will likely be booking our next adventure to Africa with them.

Vaya provided excellent advice and continuous support in planning, organizing and backup during our recent visit to Quito Galápagos Islands. Vaya nailed it for planning our trip to Ecuador.

Vaya was recommended for planning our trip to Ecuador by my sister and my cousin. We were so glad we used them! Our advisor, Natalie, was enormously helpful in planning the trip. Her personal experience visiting the country shined through. We visited Napo Wildlife Center in the Amazon and probably would not have tumbled on this ecolodge on our own. It was terrific and is an economic development project owned and run by the indigenous people of the area! We chose a motor catamaran for our Galapagos visit that was recommended by Vaya. It was fantastic! Could not have been more pleased by the facilities and by the crew. Vaya's trip itinerary software is first rate. Natalie even arranged for us to have a long phone conversation right before leaving to go over each day of the trip which reduced any apprehension we had about the plans. Totally recommend Vaya.

Vaya can be quite amazing. While many international trips don't require assistance, something special happens when you are paired up with local expertise and those that have been there. They have helped us in trips to the Amazon, Galpagos and Antarctica and each was a singular experience.

Vaya was great! They are surpassed our expectations. Everything they did was so dialed-in: from initial conversations, to itinerary changes, to communication while in-country, and best of all was their app. The app had ALL information we needed in a great looking and easy to read way. I can’t say enough about them! And, the trip was amazing! Great activities, great personal guides and drivers - all customized for us. Many activities we could not have booked ourselves - you’d need on-the-ground locals.

By far the most timely, professional and elevated travel planning experience I have ever used. Kelsey (and her teammates) with Vaya were very communicative and took the time to build a tailored itinerary for my and my husband's trip to Japan. We traveled to over 10 cities and every transition was seamless. Every planned experience and excursion was more special than the last.
