I called and got Anthony. He called me confrontational! I asked for someone else to help me. I got Elena, she was perfect. She helped me though a bad experience with the first guy.
Funny thing is that when I asked if there was any promo codes he said there wasn’t but 2 minutes later on my phone, I was sent a 10 % off promo code that wasn’t connected to my call to Vegas.com. I have been a customer of yours for several years and never had a bad experience like I had with Anthony.

It was easy to reserve tickets. However, when I received notice that the event was canceled, refunded, and then rebooked, the messaging was confusing. I wasn’t sure whether we had been rebooked for the same date or a different one that didn’t align with our vacation. I contacted customer service, and Tammi quickly explained everything and assured that we had tickets for the correct show. Her assistance was greatly appreciated.
Awesome customer service. Friendly, courteous and very helpful. Corrected reservation date mistake.

Fast, easy, quick and reasonable booking
Visiting the website and making the purchase was very easy. Tickets were more affordable than anywhere else I could find. We have not attended the event yet but automatically received our bar codes for entry, so I expect the experience to be smooth.
