The price guarantee! After purchasing my tickets through Vegas.com, I shopped ticket prices and found lower cost on different website. Took screenshots of tickets price breakdown.Called Vegas.com customer service, emailed screenshot and was immediately refunded the price difference. Excellent customer service!

I was having difficulty with a online purchase. I called for assistance and after having spent a short period, less than a minute I was connected with (?) Tammy who even though she could not find the COMPLETED purchase she was able to rebook and put the purchase through. I had my phone on speaker and even my wife commented that "she really loves her job". Tammy was efficient pleasant and personable. It was my first time in Vegas and I was extremely impressed with her ability to take a STRESSFUL situation and take it down to a pleasant level. I never give 5 stars but she went above and beyond.

The website wasn’t allowing me to purchase tickets but when calling, the gal I spoke with was helpful and I got my tickets quickly. She was kind and confirmed tickets were received in my email.
