Great Customer Service
It took me an hour to book 11 shows and then when I entered my financial stuff the screen jumped and told me that 2 shows were no longer available. I then had to rethink my plans and entered new shows but when I entered my financial stuff the web site told me that two more shows were not available even though I had reserved seats already. Edit: The web site reached out to me to explain that if I do not book the shows in a timely fashion, they are "timed out" and returned to the inventory I didn't received a confirmation for the first order I made but after I contacted guest services they immediately responded and I received my confirmation. I have used Vegas.com several times now and will continue to use them in the future. Their customer service department reacted to my concerns in a timely fashion.
A positive experience
Booked a visit to The Arte Museum in Las Vegas online. Paid online, saved $$ and was able to walk right in. I have used this site many times. Always a positive experience.

Amazing customer service
Well, I accidentally scheduled my tickets for the next day. Instead of 3 weeks from now, when I called them this morning to get it corrected, they were not only very helpful but very professional and very friendly. She was so sweet and so nice and took care of everything for me.
