Order arrived fast and was beautifully packaged. Great experience no complaints.
Trust but can't confirm
I received my order faster than I thought I would. My only potential problem is that I couldn't see how much fragrance was in the bottle and it could have been less than expected.

I bought a niche tester bottle
I bought a niche tester bottle. I was expecting it to be in an unbranded box but it arrived with bubble wrap and tape. Other than that, the transaction and shipping went smoothly.
Good samples. Packing need improvement
It’s my second time ordering samples. I really wish they would put some sort of foam padding so the samples don’t pop out during shipment and roll all over the box. It kind of defeats the purpose of those slots.

Encountered an issue with an atomizer on a decanter I purchased. Venba responded immediately and resolved my issue within a few days. I was very impressed with the care and support Venba provided. This experience redeemed my faith in the eCommerce support model. I will continue to shop with Venba.

The fragrance is a Christmas gift for my son so I can’t speak to the product itself since it won’t be opened for a few more months. The service from Venba has been fantastic. I can highly recommend Venba based on the exceptional service I’ve received. Seems like a great company to do business with!
Fantastic company
Fantastic company. They were one of the few that had YSL 6 Street (amazing fragrance by the way). Perfect for ordering samples, travel sprays or an entire bottle. Fast, friendly service and an actual customer service team in case you have an issue. Products come in a professional box and the presentation is excellent. Will be ordering again soon!!
