I purchased Vinevida’s Wall Mount BT
I purchased Vinevida’s Wall Mount BT Portable Diffuser specifically because I wanted the flexibility of a wireless cold-air diffuser. I currently use Airversa diffusers throughout my home and genuinely like the level of scheduling customization they provide, including detailed work/stop timing and automation controls. However, those units require constant power, so Vinevida’s wireless functionality initially made this product very appealing to me.
I expected similar scheduling capabilities based on the Bluetooth guide/manual displayed on Vinevida’s product page at the time of purchase. The online documentation specifically references “Custom Stall” functionality with configurable “Work Time(s)” and “Stop Time(s)” controls, implying detailed interval programming and customizable spray schedules.
However, after receiving the product and setting it up, the actual app experience was far more limited than represented online. I later realized that the manual included with the product was different from the Bluetooth guide displayed on the website and reflected the reduced functionality actually available in the app.
What made the experience frustrating was customer support’s handling of the issue. Rather than acknowledging the discrepancy between the online documentation and the actual product experience, support repeatedly quoted policies that were not clearly disclosed on their website prior to purchase and maintained that this was “not an error on our end.”
I actually like Vinevida’s fragrance oils and would have happily continued purchasing scents from them. Instead, the interaction made me feel like I was being treated as though I was trying to take advantage of the return system rather than raising a legitimate concern about inaccurate product documentation and functionality expectations.
I ultimately had to push multiple times just to get clear answers regarding the refund amount, return shipping responsibility, and return conditions. Overall, the experience did not feel customer-focused or solution-oriented, which is disappointing because the scents themselves are genuinely good.

I was honestly really excited to receive these from VineVida and couldn’t wait to try them. But as soon as I opened them, I was immediately disappointed. They smell NOTHING like the real thing. Not even close.
Instead of a clean, designer-inspired scent, they smell like a very old, cheap perfume that’s been sitting around forever. The scent is actually unpleasant and gave me a headache. It’s not subtle either …anyone who came near it noticed right away and asked what that awful smell was.
If you’re buying these expecting anything close to a luxury or designer fragrance, don’t. These completely miss the mark. I genuinely regret purchasing them and would not recommend them to anyone.
Great customer service, oils are of good quality, prices are reasonable, and a extensive variety.

Overpriced
They sell their items onboard amazon 2 times cheaper. When you highlight to the seller that you want a refund of the difference in $50, they offer you a $16 fragranced oil. Not fair!
Updated: I have made a return, another person has answered me, they reimbursed both the product and the shipping cost.
I wish I had access to some sample oils before ordering. Otherwise, the oil is very fragrant and consistent. We put it in the bread warmer for guests and the whole house smells lovely. Nice product just a little pricey so sample would be amazing.
The oils are terrible. The oils that come with the machine made me cough and gave me an asthma attack. They all smell like harsh chemicals. My husband said it smells like bug spray. I wanted to love this product so much. The diffuser is very noisy as well. I desperately need to return this.
I recently back in Feb 2026 Purchase the Diffuser tower and 2 plug in diffusers . I must say that I'm not impressed with the Diffuser oils. They are not potent enough. You don't get that My house smells so good vibe. I'm Disappointed for sure. Not to mention they never run any kind of free shipping Specials no matter what you spend. . You can get some of their things on Amazon Which you can get free shipping. . Since , I am stuck with the diffusers I guess I need to start shopping for better oils. This was an expensive set up to be let down.
I absolutely love this scent—it smells just like Pink Sugar! 💕 Unfortunately, the throw is pretty light, which was a bit disappointing.
The main reason for my 3⭐ rating, though, is the shipping. There are no shipping options, and the standard method is expensive. I paid nearly $14 expecting faster delivery with UPS, but instead, it was handed off to USPS. For that price, that’s pretty frustrating and feels misleading.
