I had to buy a desk top and lap top for Windows 11 and Adam was exceptionally good at setting it up and resolving my issues. I have been using Vision Computers for my Tech Support since 2007. They do a great job.

Tried to get into some banking accounts and was invaded by numerous warnings of computer viruses and to immediately click and remove virus alerts. These multiple alerts were from different sites ie. Google, Webroot, etc. Notified Vision Computers and representative ADAM immediately took over and began solving my problem. Adam was very professional, and solved the problem, in a matter of minutes. I am most greatful for the technical service that is provided by Vision Computers. They provide me with a great service and total Peace of Mind.

Good Moring Vision Computers, Just a comment or two (2) concerning the excellent IT Performance that I requested. Adam, answered my call and immediately responding to my request concerning providing a Digital Signature on a document. He explained thoroughly that since I do not or my computer does not have a license to perform such, the sender needs to send that document with the ability to perform a Digital Signature. Secondly, we discuss my HP printer ability to perform dual functions such as scanning a document to a provider. Adam, analyzed my HP printer functions and revealed that I have scanning capability. He reviewed that area and gave me step-by-step instructions how to scan documents with my HP ENVY Inspire Smart printer. That information was economically valuable to me because I thought that I had to purchase another HP ENVY Smart printer with scanning capabilities. Now, I do not have to purchase another HP Smart Printer with dual Band functions because my HP Smart ENVY printer has that capability. Adam saved me money!
