First, I live about 1,000 miles from Atlanta now. Adam and VC technical team helped me in a huge manner so I wouldn't have to ship my PC for repair. Second, Adam was patient and professional, and what would normally be done in-house, he walked me thru it via phone camera and remote connection.

Worked through a printer installation problem until it was fixed. The Brother software seemed to be fighting all the way, but he got it done.
