I ordered the birth certificate June 12 the time it is taking I could have driven out there and got it myself by now also you got the address wrong so I have to have my friend bring it to me. How you did that I don’t know. I tell you this I will not do business with you again unless I have have to. I will go out of my way to find another place to find information for me. Fantastic and prompt service. I didn’t interact with anyone, just ordered the birth certificate I needed online. Site was easy to use and I received the document even quicker than promised! I’m sure that can’t always happen but we were relieved it did this time. Highly recommend.
Had to place order 2 times. Never issued refund promised. Lied about services. 2 weeks after 2nd order was lost, I am finally told the state is the one failing to complete paperwork for lost package. Just passing the buck. Unable to tell me how to contact shipper directly. If you can go directly to the state for certificate

It was easy and convenient. Vital Records is efficient and one of the best government offices to work with after having a baby. No stress whatsoever. Received the certificate in a timely manner. That's exactly what is needed after being sleep deprived and trying to navigate these necessary responsibilities. I had to double check that I was using the right website instead of the 3rd party services. Crazy how the first option when searching for the main site was a 3rd party site that is double the cost for a downloadable version of your baby's birth certificate.

You folks did your job well. Unfortunately, even though I had paid for next day delivery, UPS totally botched the delivery and for completely unknown reasons, sent your package to a house 40 miles from mine and just dropped it on their porch. Seeing the urgency written on the envelope which included my phone number they called me up. After multiple LONNNG and unsatisfactory phone calls to UPS, they finally delivered it to my house 5 days late. It was not your fault -- it completely falls on UPS. Incidentally, their customer service was terrible.
