I needed to make a return trip reservation for a train. I was able to easily find which trip I wanted, and bought my ticket, without any problem whatsoever. I have to admit that I found this site much easier to navigate, than I found the train's website.
first bus in Monday in Milwaukee saw me and pulled off. left me called customer service and they would not refund me made me rebook and wait 24 hours next bus a day later was 10 minutes late arrived in Chicago 8 min late connecting bus left exactly on time at 6pm and did not wait for the arriving bus had to wait from 6p to 10:50p was rebooked by customer service at no charge 10:50p bus left one person behind, just like. they left me behind the next day after leaving Nashville the AC stopped working & the driver confirmed it was out he suggested we open the portal at the top of the bus for air it was hot, sweaty & odorous, uncomfortable for everyone someone locked themselves in the bathroom for a couple of hours and we had to stop for a bathroom break unscheduled at Chattanooga in Tennessee AC still not working started raining & i was getting pelted by rain form the open portal after about thirty minutes the passengers decided to close it our arrival tome was supposed to be 4:15p to Atlanta. we arrived at 6:20p customer service did nothing for me i will never recommend or use this service again
