To book a trip was easy
To book a trip was easy. I rode on the BBBbus before and I enjoyed it. I feel you should give the survey when we get to our destination not before so we can tell ever thing we experience with your company.

I found Wanderu online after I had…difficulty booking on other websites
I found Wanderu online after I had difficulty with booking on other sites. I was skeptical of Wanderu because I was using it for my first time. I put in my information and I saw many options. I was surprised and happy to see that I had more options. Booking was very simple for a senior citizen. Payment was made easy. I’m sure that I will travel with Wanderu again and tell others. Thank you.

It was raining the bus was cold. Then broke down had to switch buss AT 10pm. Then to ride to rest of WAY wet and freezing cold isn't unacceptable. Now I'm sick thanks a lot. I deserve some compensation.
