I purchased a Traulsen freezer from Warehouse Restaurant Supply. I was unable to fit one of the casters, however, because the threads that accept the caster had been stripped out when the factory bolted the freezer to the pallet. This was not the fault of WRS, of course, but they followed-up and provided an additional set of caster that could be used on the unit free of charge. I've been very satisfied.

No frills place to get your stuff

No frills place where I got to get all random items needed for my restaurant. There not pushy with sales and have had most of what I looked for. Havn't bought any big items

Volunteer Fire Dept

Our Volunteer Fire Dept. has been using Warehouse for many years. When re-doing our kitchen they were extremely helpful in helping in all aspects of the project and making sure all the appliances and sinks fit in a very small work space. After that they were there for the addition Restaurant supplies to buy in bulk not available at any of our local stores and at the best price. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to assist in any way We will continue to use them for all out kitchen needs

We've purchased a few Alto Shaam ovens from Warehouse Restaurant Deals. They have all arrived quickly and been as described. One oven had an odd/different leg on it and when we let them know they really went out of their way to take care of it ASAP. Great customer service! We would definitely do business with them again!

I never need a plan B when I shop there. They have what I need so I don't have to shop around all day. The staff is very helpful and the place is neat and organised. Just be sure to wear a sweatshirt, it gets pretty cold!
