I love my water Bio Ace filter jug.
I love my water Bio Ace filter jug as it filters out all the nasties, not like most you find in the stores. I use it on our caravan trips as its compact size is so practical for the van. The customer service from Waters Co Filters is another big reason too!!

Other than the fact that the three pack 1.5L jug replacement filters I was hoping to purchase had sold out this time. I have consistently received a quality service and products from Waters Co. I purchased their jug some years ago and have been buying the replacement filters from them ever since. The website is fairly easy to navigate, the purchase process simple and the delivery on time. My filter arrived very quickly. The set up was a little fidgety, but once assembled it was easy to use. The 7 litre capacity is great and the water quality is very high. I would recommend this product to anyone searching for great tasting water!
Great water filter product
I have used Waters Co Filters water filters for many years. The portable above sink was great, particularly for taking on holidays, but I now use the jug in the fridge and it is great for me. Love the taste of the water. I can’t comment on customer service as I’ve never needed it as everything as worked with no issues.

Worked well until it didn't
Worked well until it didn't. The ceramic filter of Bio 500 grew algae in spite of religious cleaning. Customer service refuses to replace and denied the lifetime warranty by giving the reason that this isn't covered. Very disappointed after paying through the nose for what could've been a great product.
Go Elsewhere! Customer Service Nightmare
Honestly, their customer service is woeful to the point of infuriation. There’s no phone number, the responses read like bots, when you FINALLY get a human response (after literally weeks or requesting replies and more information on your order!) they take zero accountability and essentially point the finger back. I 100% wish I had gone with a different company. On top of the unprofessional, frustrating lack of communication, within the first three weeks of setting up, it has leaked all across our bench and subsequently into drawers below. I have sent ANOTHER email (as it’s their only point of contact), with no response now in five days. Never again, and trust me: just go elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache and tbh feels like a complete scam.
