Absolutely avoid at all costs. I very luckily got my funds returned to me by the intervention of someone I spoke to outside of weex that had contacts within the company, But I would consider myself very very lucky on this. Please avoid.

KYC scam, wont verify me although I submitted a valid ID, cant withdraw any money because of KYC, complete scam, pls be careful, i waited 1hr just to talk to some shitty customer service saying we cant do anything about it.

To whomever is still wondering if this exchange is authentic, please do your research, stop all communication with them and desist from sending money. I made a terrible mistake by joining them and that wrecked me financially and mentally. It was the website on my display picture that figured the whole scam out and made sure I was refunded.
when I first start using it, I loved it, friendly interface and all. As a beginner in trading crypto futures, started losing bunch of money. After I learned how to do it properly and changed my strategy, I started making actual money. My initial deposit quadrupled, I tried to withdraw some money and that's when the problem started. They froze my account immediately and wasn't able to do anything anymore! They would come up with so many stupid excuses not to release the funds. Bunch of crooks and scammers!! Avoid this stinking platform if you don't want to loose your money. This company is a SCAM and FRAUD
You will only withdraw money with it a few times and you will be seized by it all your money when you make a profit. Scam exchanges! Please run away.
Terrible experience! I wanted to trade on this platform, but my account was frozen right after I deposited less than $50. Now they’re making me go through the whole process again, even though I already did it before. Frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the hassle! 🚫👎

My Weex account has been Frozen for 14 days without any single warning . The reason : " our system has detected illegal account " what is illegal ?!? No answer wait 14 days please .... 2 futures trades in action , 3 limit positions ....you are not serious , i have never been blocked such this way with Binance, Bybit Bitget Mexc ... I am disgustated ....

As long as i was loosing money there was never a problem. As soon as I started to make profits I've got my account frozen and I received and email telling me that all the trades are going to be rolled back because I was ,,following illegal operations''. So I lost 4000$. Do not use this exchange!
