They dont honor new customer bonuses
They will find some reason that your account looks spammy even if you KYC and they will not give bonuses. Happened to many people in my trading group. They have an excuse but cant prove any of it.

So called WEEX crypto exchange are simply scammers because they told me and my friends OHHH we need Persian/FARSI speakers with English knowledge but then all system were in Chinese! Their manager Victor has no knowledge in crypto and HR is so weak! Everything is lie, fake and f up there!

It's a classic fraudulent exchange
It's a classic fraudulent exchange, they will confiscate tens of thousands and freeze your account if you make any profit on futures. They will ask for your personal information and no really I'm not talking about the occasional ID. But pictures of your house from the inside with the reason for the AML for example, which is obviously bullshit to discourage you from taking further action. Anyway this will take at least two months so you probably won't address it and that's what they're playing on. Make no mistake though, even if you do this their self-proclaimed KYC, they will still leave you with a frozen account with a general claim of abnormal transaction. They don't even bother with any further explanation. Which equals you made a profit. The fact that they pay for positive reviews here is obvious to anyone who reads them. So I repeat, if you make a significant profit, they will never pay you out, immediately take out what you have there and get out fast.
2FA Doens't Work.
updated to 3/5 because I was able to continue trading as normal after emailing their support but of course my position got way off target and I lost money. I got signed out of my account while viewing my profile. Tried to log back in and, just as another user said - I can't get the SMS code or it sent to my email. I cant log into my account with open leverage positions open. No way to get the user ID which they never sent me or mentioned I'd need it. Can't talk to a support rep.

I don't recieve the inlogcode on my phone and i have positions open so i can not trade them. If you try to reach the helpdesk you need to give your uid but that's not possible if you can not login. i'm done with this trading platform. its very slow as well.

I have not had any problem so far. At least as a US resident I don't have to play the cat and mouse game of using VPN to connect as i had it with freaking BingX. I see bad reviews here I am hoping that they are not real.

This exchange would promise for bonus for you join and deposit money. They would add the bonus in futures account only to encourage you to add more money there and trade. They have set up a system such that when you try to withdraw any profit, all the bonus will be taken away. This is a scam. I have reached out to their customer service but they said they can't do anything about it. Closing the account.

Would never recommend this exchange to anyone. The app is the so buggy and clunky, it feels like it was made by someone on fiver. I tried to contact support and the app would glitch out and delete my messages. Unsure if this was intentional or a problem with the app. I wasted a bunch of time completing all of the sign up tasks in which a usdt bonus reward was promised. When I tried to claim the rewards it said I was ineligible because I already claimed them (I have never previously had an account on Weex nor has anyone else using the same IP as me). After emailing them and explaining the situation they basically said bad luck. This exchange sucks ass.

When i write to the customer service, they always answer with the same bullshit. I should transfer money to complete the VIP Status. But they only want to get more money from me. I have completed KYC and weeks later still not verified. I have tried to contact support and the phone sits there saying 10-15 minutes hours later. I was going to deposit more but I always first test the site with a 200 dollar deposit. They won't let me trade or withdraw my DOG coin. They should at least allow me to trade it. So I think the site is a scam.

So I singed up through a link to gen a bonus and it said I will get the bonus under 48 hours. It's been 8 days and still I am wating for the bonus. I am contacting support everyday and they say the same thing "Please wait another business day before contacting us again"
