Completed spot trades reversed – funds withheld, no support response
I had executed spot limit sell orders on WEEX (TROLLSOL / HOUSE / MOONPIG). The trades were marked as “Filled” and the USDT proceeds were credited.
Later, WEEX applied a rollback, removed 1,292 USDT, and returned the tokens instead. These trading pairs were not included in WEEX’s own abnormal-market affected list.
I have contacted support for more than 60 days. I received only automated replies and no written decision or technical evidence.

I cannot recommend this exchange due to lack of transparency and refusal to resolve a legitimate dispute.
I am reporting a coordinated fraud scheme on WEEX involving their Elite Trader 'Чепр Трейд' (Telegram: @CHEPR777). This affiliate attracts users by advertising safe 25x leverage trading in his 31k+ followers channel (I have screenshots of his ads).
However, once I started copy-trading, the trader executed orders with 400x leverage (Order ID: 702713134728610635), which led to the instant liquidation of my account. My total loss is $891.43 USDT.
This is a clear "Churn and Burn" scam where the platform allows an affiliate to use extreme leverage that contradicts their public marketing. WEEX support (Ticket by Erdal) has been notified but refuses to provide a refund despite clear evidence.
I have already initiated formal complaints with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the CFTC. Do not deposit money here!

WEEX has been a solid platform overall. Good coin selection, smooth UI, and customer support that used to be responsive. I’ve been using this exchange for almost a year without issues.
However, recently my entire spot balance was transferred into futures without my authorization and immediately liquidated. I was not at home, had 2FA enabled, no copy trading, no unified margin, and 0 funds in futures before this incident. There were also no new login alerts or suspicious access records.
Support claimed the transfers and losses were caused by GTC orders placed from my PC, which is impossible since futures had zero balance and I was not present. The funds moved in a repeated “ping-pong” pattern between spot and futures, indicating a system or risk-engine issue, not user action.
I filed for compensation with full details, but received an automated rejection without proper investigation or reconciliation logs. This experience seriously raises concerns about asset safety and backend risk controls on WEEX.
I hope the team addresses this transparently, because until this incident, my experience was positive.
I started working for promoting youtube content with a company that was supposed to be associated with Kelloggs foundation or so (later they told they're associated with Warner bros as well. They said they also promote crypto currencies and those merchant tasks were through weexexwebs.com. They open customer accounts at this site. I was told on several occasions that I committed mistakes, such as buying wrong crypto, wrong time window, forgetting transaction passwords and asked me to pay money for all these. I did that since my balance was growing and reached $196000. Then I withdrew my money, but it never reached my crypto wallet. I reached out to customer service and they said I need to deposit more money for anti money laundering. I believed them and paid the money. Then the balance crossed $200000. Then they said I need to pay tax of over $56000. I did that too. Then they asked me to pay a compliance deposit, citing my manager helped me with her money and she paid directly from her account, not through mine (Now I don't believe manager paid that though). After all these payments they still asked me to complete the withdrawal orders. I deposited around $35000 for the first withdrawal order and $22400 for the second order. They still wanted me to pay for a third order for an amount of $85860. We exhausted all our money (including my 401 K money, and credit card borrowings), and therefore, we didn't have any money left for paying this. I requested them to pay me back at least part of my deposits, so that I can pay back my debts, and this withdrawal. But, finance department, customer service, my manager, and my instructor were not at all helpful. They insisted on paying this money to get our hard earned money back. Now, they're saying they're going to erase my account and take my money from that. I think we don't have any other choice than to report this. My family is in a very distress situation. I tried to end my life once, but my wife saved me from that attempt. These things happened in October and November of 2025. The total balance shown on my account was about $436000, but this includes their commission and video liking salaries. My deposits are about $360000.

Worst trading app. Full of lies and misleading promises. Fees are very high and not transparent.
The app clearly promised a fee rebate bonus after reaching a certain trading volume. I traded more than 100,000 USD volume, but I never received even one cent as a rebate.
Customer support is useless and keeps ignoring the issue. They advertise rewards to attract users, but when it’s time to pay, nothing happens.
Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.

On 30th Oct 2025 they cleared all my wallet balance and transactions history and ask me for proof of deposits. I have every evidence on blockchains and their email acknowledged of deposit confirmations which they did not accept. They asked me to contact their CS ( they also replied me same from this Trustpilot review) then they never get back to me. BEWARE OF THEM, They are scammers. I have all proofs if anyone want to expose them.
Account Frozen & Profits Confiscated After Trading - UID: 3382779282
On December 17, 2025, my account (UID: 3382779282) was frozen immediately after profitable futures trading, citing "abnormal transactions."
I fully complied with an extreme "enhanced" KYC process: providing video verification, handheld ID photos, proof of address (rental agreement & bill), bank statements, and device/IP information. Despite full cooperation, my appeal was rejected on December 19, 2025.
WEEX stated my funds are locked due to AML policies and that I can only contact them again after June 20, 2025—a 6-month freeze without a valid, specific explanation. This violates their own "Abnormal Transactions Monitoring" policy.
Evidence & Pattern:
This is not an isolated case. I have filed a formal complaint with the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the Central Bank of El Salvador. Identical experiences are documented by many users on this Trustpilot page.
Warning:
Potential users should be aware that profitable trading may trigger an account freeze, followed by impossible verification demands, leading to indefinite fund confiscation. Withdraw your funds immediately if you can.
In their promotions it clearly states Deposit 100 USDT and get 50 USDT. I deposited the 100 USDT but they had buried in the fine print must trade $10,000 dollars before you can get the 50 USDT. I raised it with their customer service and even asked to to speak to a manager and they refused. They are miss leading people and their marketing of their promotions is blatantly false. Stay far away from them I have reach out to them via lots of methods and they have refused to give me the 50 USDT they clearly state they will give you.
I went to bed with money in my account and woke up to find it gone. Overnight, they claimed my funds were restricted due to an internal review and then almost everything vanished. Even my account was wiped clean, like it never existed. I've lived long enough to know this wasn't a mistake. CENTURY and 100 keeps things low key but reliable. Months in, the consistency and smooth payment processing haven't changed.
Weex is a scam! Do not join. I opened an account with $100 ETH and recieved an email confirming this, but no balance is in the account. Several emails to customer sevice and they replied by email that they sent me an answer about this via email. thats all I recieved, nothing in spam either. 3 times. Also they take weeks to answer. WTF?
Stay away from Weex, i will keep warning people on here about them until this company refund all the money that was stolen, i was so lucky i got my lost money back through some help, read my last review about Weex and see my experience about them, how they frooze account worth thousands saying they suspect some suspicious activity, please do not deposit on here, save yourself, be warned.

Issue was they cleared your wallet for no reasons and asked for proof of deposits, I supplied all proofs of deposits on chain and their own emails notification of deposits still they are not accepted.
So be very careful when you want to do business with this company. They are a scam company

Okay that's my finał warning.
I made 100$ profit a week ago. It showed up after a week of blocking my account by support that I have to send them 173$ because there where errors in prices for couple of minutes. Otherwise they will block all deposit amount+winnings.
Today they told me to wait another 3 days because i a told them od amount can be deducted from current balance.
My balance is already 245$ when it was 360$ in a peak and keeps going down because of .h blocked assets that day. Also they have wrong #67 token prices what complicates everything.
Total scam in my opinion.
Dont deposit your money there cause they love to take them from you.

Early October 2025 I have made 3 deposits to my weex wallet and bought Ethereums and Solona. I keep there more than a week and when I checked
suddenly my wallet and transaction history all cleared to 0 after I received email from WEEX that it has changed my email to a requested new email which I did not requested to change. I contacted Weex live support they told me my wallet was transferred to a different email and all coins were still there, they advised me to contact WEEX CS to let them know which I did.
WEEX CS asked me to updated KYC before they can put back my old wallet.I did updated my KYC. Now after confirmed by WEEX this morning that my old wallet is now active I went to login I cannot see my old transaction history and my coins from this wallet.
I contacted Weex CS again they asked for proof of deposits I sent them sceenshots of their own emails I received notifications of funds deposited and the blockchain exploring clearly with hash and everything on blockchain and they still not accepted and sent me email saying “Screenshots from a blockchain scanner or your WEEX deposit records cannot be accepted as valid proof”
Tangem, where I sent my funds from, do not have tranasction history on their platform only redirect to Tronscan, and Weex is refusing to accepting that as proof of deposits.
If Weex is not accepting proof of evidence under blockchain then Weex should not be offering crypto trading platform.
Now what do they want?
Be-careful anyone wanting to use Weex they will cause similar problems to you. I have all evidence with me including all their emails notified me of deposit confirmations.

Same thing happened to me 500 dollars are gone showing my funds frozen due to suspicious activity and now showing 6 cents in my weex account and trading history is erased..its a scam don't invest red flag

I made two deposits on weex around 200 usdt in total and made to to 300$ in couple of days. When i wanted to withdraw my assets, i got a massage that all operations on my account where suspended and i should contact customer service. They told me to wait and i am waiting for two days right now without any response. With so small profit and couple of days on the platform it looks cery suspicious!

They asked me on this review to send them my problems so they can solve for me but since I sent last Friday ( 5 days now) no replied from them.
My problem was I sent my stablecoins to their exchange to buy altcoins after that they cleared my wallet and transactions history. When I asked them about it they asked me for proof of deposits. I sent them on chain evidence with their own emails notification of deposit they still refused to accept as proof of deposit. Users should not expect an exchange to act like this, is it a scam? Be careful……
