Absolutely FABULOUS post sales support
Absolutely FABULOUS post sales support. Literally, I'm blown over. I've an old Wentworth Pewter tankard that developed a wear-and-tear fault, well past any warranty claim. I emailed for advice on a repair service, and YES, they offer whatever support you need.
So refreshing, and so good we have a company that isn't all about "disposable". They're helping me (a craftsman) to do a DiY Repair.
Of course, if you're not into DiY Repairs, it's still worth asking what services they offer.

Great service and a wonderful product
I ordered some engraved tankards to commemorate the participation by a group of boys in a very historic event. The service level was absolutely excellent - wonderful virtual reality pictures to show how the tankards would look followed by very prompt delivery of the engraved tankards. It was all done very smoothly and quickly and the end-result was stunning. The boys who were given them were bowled over by them. Thank-you!

Superb service, great value and true quality workmanship
I am so pleased with both the product and service. I ordered a custom engraved Pewter Tankard and had a quick email exchange about the logo I wanted engraved.
They were extremely accommodating, did the engraving the same day and got it into the post that afternoon. It arrived before 11am the next morning!
The tankard is stunning and the engraving first class.
I can't thank you enough for your speed, craftmanship and the incredibly professional way you managed my experience, I will definitely use you again!
Thanks again,
David

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Placed an order for 12 individually engraved tankards on Friday AM, and received them in London on Sat AM.
Cheaper and faster than our previous supplier and a superior quality.
We will be using these guys every year for our Rugby Club order!!
