Such a wonderful company
When I called the number they actually answered the phone, and didn't send me through machines. Plus the lady I talked to was super kind. Plus I love the popcorn they provided. I'm planning on buying another popcorn pot for my mom.
Great customer service
Online ordering was easy and efficient
Online ordering was easy and efficient. Shipping time was as promised. My only complaint is that I made an after-hours call to Customer Service about my order, left a message, but never received a call back.
The Whirley Pop popcorn is amazing
The Whirley Pop popcorn is amazing! I love popcorn but except for the movies have been disappointed with my home options. I’ve tried every brand of microwave popcorn, air poppers, electric poppers and made my own on the stovetop. I’ve never gotten close to what I hope it will taste like until this product! I’m a fan for life!
Easy online ordering

My favorite popcorn is the Real Theater popcorn. It was easy to place orders online but hard to pick out of the large selection. I got my Whirley pop as a Christmas gift and love it!

I ordered online: easy to find product, easy to order and order was delivered on scheduled.
My experience with the team was great
My experience with the team was great, they sent the new part out whitely pop broke during first use (although I paid $5 for shipping). It unfortunately broke after the part they sent was replaced. It is currently broken. Feel it might be bad lot? Or something as it’s broken twice now. First time with each part replacement.
