Hi. I received my order of a table fan but despite fully charging it does not work. The lights are all on but all that happens is a slight whirring noise

Ordered spot lights for outside not turned up been 2 weeks no response from seller either very ignorant or not sending them we see about that.

The MT02 wi-fi extender was advertised as in-stock but was not and was faulty . Was refunded without quibble
So far so bad
So far so bad - i placed an order for solar lights on Onbuy and paid via paypal Paypal assured me payment was sucessful but Onbuy continue to email me that i need to place order again. Payment is still pending, i have not received goods, Paypal tell me i should not reorder as i may be charged again - impossible to contact either Onbuy or williamsonbo.com so will have to refer matter to my bank - a very negative experience - will not order from either of them again!
Bought some batteries or rather paid…
Bought some batteries or rather paid for some batteries by PayPal. Never received them, impossible to get refund as I bought as guest on onbuy.......so don't have an account....cannot get further unless you have an account! Do not buy from either onbuy or this seller!
