I find it annoying that after you offer some type of promotional offer when I go to checkout , I discover this was just a Bait and Switch tactic because I selected wones that end in $0.98 rather than $0.99 or some such distinction. Make me feel cheated and ripped off.

For a wine lover, great customer care is what I am looking for first as I do not ever need to worry about the return or any product damage during transit. I even pre ordered some wines and by the time I arrived at a new place in another state, I got my order the same day. It saved me the hustle getting my favorite wine through the airport.
