They have flexible payment options
Site was easy to navigate, lowest rates, and flexible payment options. You get proof of insurance right then , which is very nice when having to get your tags. As long as you have money in your Hugo account you have insurance. You can add money to your account at anytime. If you have 0 balance you have not insurance. That easy!
