WP Tangerine has supported our website and handled monthly maintenance since January 2025. In January we had a catastrophic failure of our site. Acting urgently, we chose WP Tangerine to help us resolve the issue and they had us back up and functioning within 24 hours! We find them to be highly responsive to any of our requests, whether large or small tasks. We operate a small business and as non-technical owners of an Ecommerce site, we feel quite comfortable and secure knowing we have a team like WP Tangerine on call to assist us with any website issues. We engaged WPT based on their assurance of a 0% error rate and strong support. What followed was months of repeated execution errors, missed deadlines, and a lack of attention to detail that required substantial internal time and third-party costs to correct. This experience has caused reputational and financial harm to our business. After providing detailed documentation and multiple follow-ups, we eventually were provided with a prorated refund, and we ended our relationship respectfully.

My WP Tangerine Team was always prompt in acknowledging receipt of my requests. They took the time to understand my goals. When I was unable to understand the answers they gave me, they followed up with how to videos that were actionable. My blog really needed a refresh and they helped me to organize the huge cache of recipes I had on the blog. They organized them into categories and really cleaned things up. I'm very happy with the service they provided. A great investment for someone like me with low technical skills in web design.
Working with the people at WP Tangerine has been amazing. There are so many things that require expert help working with Wordpress, the plugins, editors like Elementor, ecommerce and various themes. While some of the basic stuff one can learn on Youtube, etc, you eventually end up against things that are beyond your ability. That's the case with me. I've been fortunate to come across the people at WP Tangerine for several years now and have made great progress with both my site as well as my understanding of how Wordpress and ecommerce works, thanks to them. I usually get all of my questions answered back within 24 hours and for those that may take a bit longer, they always notify me of that, too, so that I"m not waiting and wondering. They send back answers in both written form and screen capture with notes. I have learned so much from them and I wouldn't have been able to launch my ecommerce store without their help.
