We've had an excellent experience working with WP Tangerine, and a big part of that has been our account manager, Regene. She has been incredibly responsive, organized, and proactive in keeping everything running smoothly. Communication has been clear, tasks are handled efficiently, and I never have to worry about things falling through the cracks. WP Tangerine - Make your life easier!
We transitioned to WP Tangerine over a month ago to get a more supportive maintenance service!! Our current company had a high monthly rate, and was charging us for any additional dev time on top of it!
Charris and her team have been responsive and outstanding - working with us & fulfilling each one of our requests. They are super responsive and give you plenty of updates - without having to chase them down!
Overall, WP Tangerine has been a great experience - from onboarding to onwards! We're so excited to be with them & it's been such a sigh of relief to know that our website maintenance company has our back! :)
