The agent was brilliant. She was patient, knowledgeable and very polite. She managed to understand me in spite of unintelligible sounds coming of my mouth - me speaking very very poorly after cancer of my mouth. She transferred my request and explained very clearly what actions I should take. She was terrific.

You went back to the old format. I sent monies on 7/24, and it was an ennerving experience the way the recipient was entered after the amount. Again on the 25th, to the samer person, but I couldn't chose before. Just a very poor design.

Im giving 3 star because I chose Xoom because of the one time exchange rate. After I selected it the rate was changed to a lower amount. I will never us them again. The speed was fast, the website was easy but you changed the amount I was sending after it was submitted. God Bless and good luck.
