I'm quite new with paypal, but its easy to use, clear and trustful. Everyone I asked for a secure app to pay online recomended Paypal. On the web maybe a little more friendly could be better.

Solid way to send money internationally.
I've been using Zoom for well over 15 years, and it has been an incredible way to send money internationally. There have only been a couple of hiccups in those 15 years, and they fixed them immediately.
Nonexistent customer service
Prior to being acquired by PayPal, it was smooth going. Now, good luck. If something goes wrong with your PayPal account, not only can you not use Xoom; you will be told that, while PayPal can stop a Xoom transaction, Xoom is separate from PayPal. So basically, in order to use Xoom, I have to resolve an issue with PayPal that arose from a change to their terms. Ridiculous.
