Z Airport Parking

Priced themselves out of a customer

They just had a price increase and their service is now unaffordable. I will not be parking here again, even though I have used this company for over 5 years, maybe more.

My car was damaged

My car, which is an exotic, was damaged during its stay at Z Parking. I can't prove it, but it seems that someone took it for a joy ride. During this alleged joy ride, the compressor for the AC system blew up. It exploded internally, like nothing I'd ever heard of before, sending metal chips into the AC system. The repair will be expensive, but I don't know how much yet. When I first ran the car at pickup, the engine ran very rough, which indicates that someone drove it hard before I started it up. Also, there were numerous settings on the dashboard and on the steering column that were messed up. I never touch those settings, so this is clear evidence that the car was tampered with. I've never experienced anything like this in other parking companies, and I travel a lot. Don't leave your expensive car at this lot.

ZERO customer service

ZERO customer service. Could not be farther from their claim of 24/7 access. I needed to cancel a reservation for which I pre-paid. Made numerous attempts in the week leading up to my reservation. All failed!!! The link in confirmation email did not work. The email address repeatedly bounced back "undeliverable". No way to cancel through phone system, or reach a live person, or even leave a message! Finally filed a fraud hold with my credit card company. We'll see if I get a refund.

Service was great

Everything was great except scanning the bar code to get in and out. Car was ready to go from valet. Very convenient and efficient. Great price and service.

I'm loyal to Z Parking

I'm loyal to Z Parking, even after the Groupons have gone away! reliable service and good deals; kind drivers who offer to help load luggage (a quick observation from the curb at the airport that other carriers did not budge from their seats when passengers got on the busses). I would love it if the Groupons came back but the location and the service is great - keep it up!

Good experience

I was quickly taken to the airport early in the morning. I called upon returning and didn’t have to wait too long. I would park here again.
