Z Airport Parking

Everything was smooth

Everything was smooth. We didn’t wait as long for pick up so that was good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only glitch was the link to modify the reservation.

Excellent shuttle and customer service !

Great experience

Easy in and out, shuttle was there when we parked and only a 5 minute wait coming home

Smooth and easy experience

Smooth and easy experience. Love Z parking.

Great Service

Reasonable prices, great service and the only parking west of the airport.

Always park here

Always park here. I would have liked the AC to have turned on in the car. Other than that, it was great!

Easy, easy, easy!

Easy scheduling, Easy drop off, easy pick up and great prices! We’ve been using Z for years.

They took very good care of the car…

They took very good care of the car while I was on vacation. Also, they did an excellent job of detailing the inside of the car. Made it look like a brand new car.

Z is my favorite airport parking company. I always come back to you! Exceptional customer service. Great rates when you book in advance. Thank you!

Excellent service

Z parking made everything very easy in…

Z parking made everything very easy in parking my car and taking me to the Airport. Also within 10 minutes the Z Parking shuttle arrived To take us back to the parking lot so we could get our car. It was a very smooth transition. Much appreciated!

Always good service here

Always good service here - I use valet and the car is ready for me when I arrive.

I've been parking here since they first…

I've been parking here since they first opened - how many years ago was that? On this trip I inadvertantly left a rear window open. When we returned from our trip the car was covered with a tarp to prevent rain from entering the back seat. Everything was intact inside . . . and dry. One of the employees spotted it and secrued our vehicle prior to the oncoming rain. Service above and beyond. Thank you Z!

Quick service

Quick to catch shuttle both at the airport and upon arrival at the lot

We love Z

Always a great experience and super easy.

I used Z Parking twice in June and both…

I used Z Parking twice in June and both times was pleased-as always-with the courtesy of the staff and the quick trips to and from the terminal. We will use Z Parking in the future

We’ve always used Z Parking

We’ve always used Z Parking. However it maybe the last time after the poor experience this last time. We waited almost 40 minutes at BDL after 1am. We and another couple were the sole customers waiting. We had to call as well as the other couple to as where the driver was ! Unfortunately, we will be looking elsewhere for our next flight. Sincerely, Scott & LeeAnn Greenlaw

Have been using Z-parking for years

Have been using Z-parking for years. The drivers are friendly and get me to and from the airport safely. My car is well taken care of. Their rates are reasonable.
