First time I ordered from Zhenduo
First time I ordered from Zhenduo. M4A1 Jinming J9 gel blaster. Order took ages to arrive to UK as I'm assuming they are using the cheapest way of delivery available to them ( shame ). The rifle came in 2 packs . The first pack was in a white bubble envelope, and the 2 parts it contained were in bubble wrap. One of the parts was damaged and the spring had popped out. The second pack arrived the day after ( or the day after ,but soon after anyway ) and was in an unmarked cardboard box. Bits all over the place and explanation notice in Chinese ( I guess ). Managed to fiddle my way around the building process , but as someone else mentioned earlier , unit seemed to have been used before ( not heavily used but used nonetheless ). The mag doesn't fit properly in the gun and you have to force it in . Always scared to break something when inserting it. Apparently there would be an issue with the mosfet as there is a loud spring noise when firing on auto . The single shot setting jams quite often and you have to switch to auto , fire a few shots , and switch back to single shot for it to work. I have to say they have replied to all my correspondence quickly and were very nice. They offered me a refund but I decided to go for a re-delivery of a new rifle. Delivery VERY slow but they told me the new rifle would take 2 weeks to arrive. Today is 28/01/2023 .I find the delivery target very optimistic but I hope they are right... So far not so good but kind of promising. They seem nice enough and they are quite knowledgeable. Except for that faulty rifle, my experience with them has been like with any other retailer , except that being in China, it takes them longer to deal with stuff than a local shop. Will update this review when the new rifle arrives and when the upgrades I have ordered are here too. Will also update on the quality of both rifle and materials used for the upgrades. Zhenduo are indeed one of the cheapest suppliers online ( that I have found so far ) but this might be because their shipping times and other services are slower than other more local companies out there. There is a compromise to be made here... 4 stars for not ignoring me when I contacted them , and being professional and knowledgeable so far. Come on Zhenduo , I've put my trust and confidence in you... Edit 1: as of the 15/02/23, still haven't got my replacement blaster. Received 1 of my 2 upgrades ordered only. Things are getting complicated as I have been told by one person "everything shipped" but my account says differently and another person says "shipping soon". Also the carrier says "nothing found" when I put in the "tracking number" given (3-4 days after it was meant to have "shipped" ...) ? Confused and this is taking for eveeeeeeer.... It seems orders take about a month to be dealt with, and each order is treated as they arrive and not as to where they go.. ie: you have 2 orders placed a few days apart, going to the same address. They're not going to send them at the same time but will be treated one month on average as when they come in. So the first will take one month to be dealt with (from ordering to delivery), THEN the second order will be treated after that, so another month or so to wait. As I have placed 3 orders, I'm losing the will to live... 😢

Very disappointed with company
Very disappointed with company. I bought the Jinming JM J10 Gen10 ACR Gel Blaster and it arrived in bad condition. It appears they sold me a used gun. Gun did not even arrive in original box. Looks like they just found any old box and threw the gun in there. Also piece came broken and wear and tear on gun. I have just notified them and awaiting a response this is the third gun i have purchased and third bad experience. Wish they would allow pictures to see condition. Unbelievable. They also use 17track to ship and i would recommend you look at their reviews. I recommend Tactoys if your in the US. *Update. Customer service messaged me they will send me replacement part as long as i remove negative review. So i went ahead and purchased the part myself from Xforcetacusa unbelieveable company. Still does not excuse condition of blaster. Also mentioned they sent blaster in different box for shipping reasons. Does not state anywhere i would not get the original box.

My 2nd order with zhenduo toys, ordered parts to build a jingji slr m4 gel blaster, with extra motor, two drum magazines, stainless barrel and etc. This order was also over 200gbp, but with the discount code from YouTube and free delivery, made it better. The order was also separated into two packages due to weight and according to parcelsapp the days in transit are; 1st package = 17days to UK 2nd package = 18days to UK 2nd package took over one week to update, I thought it got lost in transit. All arrived with nothing missing and in the process of building the slr. Before ordering make sure to check their youtube channel and get a discount code and if you can watch the live video and join the lucky draw and limited timed discount events for more savings.
Decent
Ordered a speedloader + gel ball combo and a STD 5S blaster. Speedlaoder/Gel Balls came within 2 days but the STD 5S blaster never came. Contacted them, waited a couple more days to see if it was maybe just late, contacted again and they responded within an hour and issued a refund. Will try again in the future.

Was in contact with Zhenduo.com and they replied almost instantly. placed order on 08/09/2022 same day contacted them as i am waiting on tracking number due to high demands of orders they are possibly receiving i am expecting delay in shipment however putting my trust in these guys so i will be giving it 3 weeks max
Seemed too good to be true. No show and worst, no response.
Have ordered 3 blasters and some balls, etc. $300 worth of items. Seemed to ship quick, 4 separate shipments. 3 arrived to USA via their forwarder really quick. These were the blasters. Unfortunately they’ve sat in the USA for over a month with no shipping updates. They give you the USPS tracking number they say they’ll use for final mile delivery, but they haven’t been handed over to USPS. I’ve reached out 2 times to Zhenduo and numerous times to the forwarder. Zero response from anyone after weeks. I assume they’ve been rejected by customs. 4th package of balls, loader, etc went Chinapost via ocean. I’ll be lucky to see it. Seems they’ve been on the ocean for two months which isn’t realistic. Ports aren’t that backed up and ocean transit is less than a month. Even if it does show, they’ll be useless to me without the blasters. I work in international logistics, yes Covid disrupted a lot of things, but not in these scenarios and that’s an old excuse. The carriers being used are sub par and aren’t updating tracking. Zhenduo could have responded and could be honest. Zero response gets you “zero” stars. Hoping owners will see and work with me and I’ll be willing to update review if we can come to an amicable decision. Update - moved from 1 to 2 stars. Seller refunded money with zero communication. I’m out a bank transfer fee for currency conversion… your mileage may vary.
Package was not delivered and received no updates
I’ll give 2 stars for the fact that the customer service team was relatively quick in responding via emails about order information, up until when there was issue with the delivery and not receiving the parcel after more than a week that my parcel arrived in my country. Contacted to ask if my package was rejected and sent back due to customs clearance issue but to no avail. Requested a refund since I did not receive the package and since customs will reject and send back to its source of origin, it only seems reasonable. Overall will not recommend as customer service is not helpful and provides information that I am already aware of and unable to provide any solutions.

This site is scam. I never received my package after 5 months. I have been trying to contacted to its customer service. They were just blame to the shipping company but nothing else. Please be CAUTION ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM this site!
Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life
Here I am Approximately 3 months later. I ordered About 17 gel ball Blasters 6 have arrived 3 of them are broken 2 have been at customs in New York for 2 months and they refused to contact them. Even no I told them multiple times they refused to call them And I Cannot speak to them until they Clear customs. They refused to refund the money on the broken guns as well as 3 broken magazines. In over 45 years of running businesses I have never run into a more disrespectful dishonest crooked company .I don't even know how they are in business they were told multiple times to cancel my order and yet 2 months later still sent items if you order from this company expect to get screwed. And when you do they will be sarcastic disrespectful just respectful insulting Andrew and just playing old rude. By looking at their good reviews you can tell most of them are probably BS. Yeah it's only a matter of time before a company like this gets shut down that is why they had already switched their name from another company to this not too long ago. buyer beware go elsewhere.

Shipping taking forever….
I’ve been waiting 2 weeks since I ordered parts for a blaster for about $50. Tracking stopped updating me after the package was received by the airline carrier, I messaged Zhenduo Toys’ messenger about this issue and they replied with “we are glad you had a positive experience”. I am starting to feel like this website is a scam so y’all watch out. I just want the packages I paid for.
Products conform to description
Products received today in France, sent from China, bought late January 2022. Conform to description and work well, the only complain is the tracking of the package which wasn't updated until it arrived in France.

The blaster I ordered arrived in very quick time for being posted from o/s. The blaster was well packaged and performs great. All the questions I had with regards to this, and other blasters, were answered quickly. Will definitely use again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered gel guns in June from this company and paid good money immediately when requested on line, as it stated there was UK stock. Nearing the end of August and still no sign of the goods. I messaged them through Messenger many, many times and was always given erroneous answers. I insisted I get my money back and they have ignored my request, suggesting I go through pay pal. I did not use pay pal to make the payment, but through my bank account, of which they now have all my bank details to use with as they please. I have recently been informed by my bank that I have been hacked, and that someone took around £40 to use on an on line casino website. This is the first effort to discredit this company, and it will not be the last.

Complete waste of time and money
Items never received after 2 months. Tracking information reset half way through and started from begining again, in this time the item never left china. Complete waste of money and time. I suggest reporting an issue on PayPal as they reached a conclusion very fast and refunded my money.
