Zhenduo Blaster

Slow shipping, quality products

I have finally received my order Jan 6/26 but before I have sent several emails about my order and cancellation because it didn’t arrive before Christmas and no tracking was provided, I ordered Dec 3 and thought it was coming from the US destination but even if it is shipped from china, I have sent several requests to talk to someone and zero response. So you will just have to wait patiently a month from orders from China to Canada. My son is happy with the quality of the gun and shells

its legit

i bought a gel blaster around the start of decenber, and nothing from the company, i send mesages to every social media they have and no answer, i finally found an email and i got a reply after 1 week of trying to reach out, apperently there was a festival going on in china and they counldt send anything gun like. I wish they had that explained on the website but ok, it arrived today no problems

Great Store

Awesome customer service, and a big selection of products. The shipping times are average for free shipping, about 7-14 days to Canada. The only bump is that they can send you products that look used, like dried gells in the mags. Otherwise, a great shop that I would recommend. I've been shopping there for a couple years, and nothing seriously bad has happened.

Complete scam of a company

My order arrived on time but everything after that was a complete disaster the guns were absolute junk the pieces and parts didn't line up the aftermarket parts didn't fit neither of the guns I purchased would work I contacted this company and they continued to leave me on even when I had supporting documents they asked for this company is a complete scam do not ever purchase from them

Its a good website with decent prices

Its a good website with decent prices. All the products I’ve ordered has arrived in good conditions. The shipping times can be pretty long tho, sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks for the order to ship especially if you’ve ordered individual parts. Have some patience.

Delivery was quick

Their prices were significantly lower than other retailers I've encountered, and my order arrived much quicker than expected.

Product came

Product came, good condition, satisfied. If you are buying a blaster for a good price, buy from here!

ordered a Glock gun on 18th July now…

ordered a Glock gun on 18th July now its been 11 days tracking codes are no where to be seen, they are saying the codes ae wrong on tracking websites, contacted them via email and comments neither of them replied to me. today on the 11th day told there was a sending error. i am extremely frustrated now i want the gun i paid loads of money for, and compensation for the wait with no updates or sorry from them. haven't tested product out just be warned take u weeks and weeks to get item. only meant to take 5-7 days not 11 days

taking a while to ship

just ordered a pack of gel balls for $4, been waiting about a month for them and they still haven't arrived but the tracking service from this website https ://www. aftership. com/track helps you better. its not sponsored by zhendou but it will keep your cravings for updates at bay.

Guys i purchased JM Jimming Gen8J8 M4A1…

Guys i purchased JM Jimming Gen8J8 M4A1 Gel Blaster for my son. I paid over €80 for it, and it arrived never worked..there is a crackling sound from handle when you pick it up and it wont fire. We have tried everything. My 13 year old is so upset, he put €40 towards it from his own pocket money. I have messaged them constantly , they wont send a replacement let alone a refund. They are based in China so i cant even return it. I took a chance and i shouldnt have. Waited 3 wks for it to arrive and broke..this is shocking. I have to just accept facts now and cut my losses because trying to email and send messages are a complete waste of time. I even showed them a video of the noise from the handle and not firing..they suggested something but waste of time never sorted it as i expected. I will never again purchase from outside the EU and certainly not china! Please please dont get caught like me.

Authentic Seller, Superb Customer Service

Great customer service, great products for their US customer base. No other gel blaster site could compare to Zhenduo. They replied to ALL my inquiries as well speedily. The downside is the shipping time, but understandable since it's overseas. You have a lifetime customer here!

Good blasters, better customer service

They have a good lineup of unique blasters, and the purchasing experience was top notch. Shipping and packaging were all good. Received all parts and pieces. Even had a technical problem with one of the blasters, and their communications, and resolution were a step above. Will buy here again, and if you're on the fence, I'd encourage you to try.

I ordered a couple of items and never…

I ordered a couple of items and never received them I tried asking for my refund and have not received anything package or refund so now I have to have this investigate to see why im not getting my order and refund

Tops in Chinese toy companies

You won't find a better price for the same products on the web, not to mention the frequent deals they offer on their YouTube live streams and seasonal discount codes. Also the sheer variety of blasters, accessories and upgrades are second to none. Best customer service amongst the Chinese toy gun and blaster companies. They respond quickly to inquiries and will look into issues raised with shipping to guarantee delivery. Sure, the shipping isn't the fastest but it's FREE and no different than shipping from any other similar company from China. I've ordered from a few companies around the same time and it's comparable. Usually it's customs, mine in Canada especially, that is the biggest hold up. They generally offer support for their products and do their best despite the language barrier. Better by far than the zero support given by the other toy companies such as Csnoobs and Boost Toys. Zhenduo isn't perfect, but they try.
