I refuse to spend money on this trash site as their "free" play is so appalling that any new end user would be frustrated and block the site inside of 10 minutes or less play. All they want is $$$. I want to review an aspect of the English version of the game, “Words with Friends.” It’s a satisfying-enough way to waste time — thinking of words that might fit very much like Scrabble — except for their absurd allowance of some (but not all) proper English nouns such as names, some foreign words in a few languages, but most frustratingly… unreal or undefined words. Surely the French version doesn’t allow these slip-ins! I suggest there be added a toggle setting located somewhere near the language selection to enable a player to play “traditional rules” which would as nearly as legally possible mirror those of the original game. More challenging for point-hungry players, but more integrity for those of us who don’t love the slop. Players with this toggle on will somehow be indicated and algorithmically find each other or be paired, right, programmers? Thanks.

It appears this is just a scam for your pennies! I was playing a lot as a pensioner, it filled my day and so I did not mind paying for chips. I used to buy a package of 2.4T chips for £47.99 ( 1.8 T plus a 25% bonus )Then I won a 575% purchase bonus so i bought another £47.99 package expecting to get the 575% bonus added 12.15 t chips(1.8+ the bonus 10.35 t chips) CAN you imagine my surprise when I did not get the bonus I won? I have tried contacting customer service about it and all they can say is send a screen shot, but you cannot as you cannot go back in the rewards section far enough to capture a screenshot! Then they said the bonus was pre-applied to the package. but it was the same amount of chips for the same price as before winning the bonus. So I have to assume any bonus you win is simply a scam to get more money out of you. I have told then to delete my account and have deleted the app form my tablet

I contacted Customer support for help with friend requests and Illana DELETED MY WHOLE FRIENDS LIST 😡 She then blocked me & wouldn't help me! I am Mortified! I suffer with MS & It was my fun in a shit situation. I've been so stressed & upset. It made me physically feel sick so I've uninstaller the game 😰 DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most Rigged poker app I've ever used in my life. There is not RNG (random number generator) technology here. It's purely based on trying to spend your own money and if you are stupid enough to do so like I wad once the algorithm has you and wittles your chips down trying to get you to purchase more. I've not read the full terms of use because who does but if it says anything about random then it's blatant lies. Avoid the app like the plague if you want a fair bit of fun playing poker.

Deserves zero stars. From CSR2 the Petah crates are taking your keys and not giving the parts they show you are supposed to get. Zynga will call you a liar instead of fixing their problem. I got them on video tonight though, the Petah crate taking my keys and giving me no parts. So they can call me a liar as much as they want. I can show anyone the proof! And i know I cannot be the only one this is happening to. Also anytime something is wrong they try to tell you it's your fault before they will acknowledge the problem and make any effort to fix it. So when you have a problem on their site you'd best video it, aways. Be sure you get proof. They are low enough to call you a liar even if you spend money.
you don't have to be a genius if you ever played on a real table in the real world. the amount of times you get beaten by 3 and 4 card flushes on the table with top pair or by 4 cards that completes a straight on the table is at least 4x-5x higher than in real world. you lose to trash hands on the constant because of that, no doubt it has an algo that all its job is to cause you to win then lose to out of touch hands to buy more chips, stay away from this scam.

Zynga Poker sucks shit. You login to site and it puts me in a 10 billion dollar blind without signing up and takes your money before you can do anything about it. When you do video bonuses it jams up and you get half a screen. This is the worst poker site ever.
It’s not really poker. The rake is extremely hi, 15% and never caps out. Hands are super inflated. Suck outs are the norm. Get a player all in when you have a great hand and they will surely hit runner runner after calling with nothing. Have to be really careful going to a table because Zanga likes to put you the highest blinds table with your entire bankroll and you are auto blinded in before you can get out. The game has so many other little things going on to get points, suits, gold, tickets while I just want to play poker. Also, I think the algorithm or bots are in place to make sure you lose. Deleted my account today.
