I had an awesome experience with the customer service. Ivan was very clear and prompt throughout the entire process. I purchased two subscription packages for my launch device (X431 PAD V Elite IMMO Add-on and Standard software configuration). The integration was smooth. After purchasing, make sure to follow the instructions to provide your device’s serial number. Also, monitor the email address you inputted in your profile to receive the renewal card information. Thanks for reading this review! I hope you have a great day!

I was skeptical at first time but decided to try and I'm so happy I did. Very serious people with great communication. They did what I paid for. Now my x431 Pro5 updated and ready to work for newer vehicle's. Highly recommended to all Launch costumers!
