No refunds - $100 stitch up

The sparky who installed my winch thought I needed a Bluetooth device to plug into my winch controll box for my wireless winch to work, I asked Xbull to send a picture of the part they were going to send me so there was no misunderstanding. They just sent a new control box for my wireless winch to work (there is no such thing as a Bluetooth plug-in adapter) all I needed was a battery for my remote to work. Now I am down $100 and they are only offering me $10 in return and I must still post it to China. Be careful what you order, there are no returns.

13,000 Lb Winch, slow Customer Service

13,000 Lb Winch, Standard Chinese, works but the wireless remote does not, I have tried for a week to get in contact with XBull but no one will answer the phone number. Sent numerous emails to sales with no response. Zero Customer Service. I heard back from Customer Service, after one week, they said they were on Holiday, they sent me a new wireless remote and receiver It works great. A little slow on response but made good on the remote.
