water in product within weeks and no help

Company was fast at answering questions product was easy to install ...but not even a few weeks installed and one of the Halos is filled with water sent an email and have not heard from anyone they seem like a good company and was recommended to go with them and now I feel like I made the wrong decision but let’s see what happens when they respond I will update later

so far it works great. I feel that the connection between the lights could be made better. would like for there to be more light options. an for what ever the last setting you had the lights on last time you turn it off to it would we turn to with out having to open the app on your phone

These lights are BRIGHT

These lights are BRIGHT! I purchased a kit for my motorcycle with two extra pods and the entire bike is lit up like a beacon. To prevent too much frustration when wiring, make sure you layout the entire bike before attaching.

The light is package quit well

The light is package quit well. I was surprise that it came in two sections .The light with a pigtail and a round disk with two tails .My head light bucket is shallow not much room to place one more item's in their . A long with the bike electrical wires and a head light relay switch . I tape the wires to the head light bucket ,place the relay on one side and the other puck on the other .It work but it was hard to get all three screws in place .The light shines much brighter than the stock one. Thanks for making my riding experience much safer.Tomas on a 1980 gs 850 G 42,000 mil and still going strong.

I got a message after I made payment a day later

I got a message after I bought the item online saying the card details & ip I used could not be verified , which is totally incorrect & made to feel as though the blocked purchase by their system was an attempt of fraud by me. Sorry guys you should pay attention to what you are doing rather than using inadequate software that blocks good customers or try a bit of actual hard work & look yourselves manually from time to time. Either you want to transact online it you don’t if you do then there are many ways to verify a customer which are reliable & accurate you decided not to use those systems. I then got an email saying pay this ? Really you don’t stop to think that action could have been made by a third party hacker ?! No I thought not so was not paid because I could not verify it was from them (It works both ways ). Ive bought elsewhere without issue & come to think if it I don’t remember getting my refund either from the initial transaction, I must make a call ..

XK Glow dealer/installer

As an XK Glow dealer/installer I have learned what would give a true 5 star rating from me: 1) better mounting hardware The supplied screws/bolts are cheap, weak & not what is necessary to withstand the elements outside. I use my own hardware to guarantee there are no issues in this area. 2) longevity I've actually had to replace more controllers than anything else. I've replaced 6 mini Bluetooth controllers, 5 regular Bluetooth controllers, 2 key fobs & 4 key fob controllers. I've only had issues with 3-4 tubes after installation & have had 3 wheel ring tubes with broken solder joints. Neither of the 2 issues mentioned here will turn me away from XK Glow because of their superior commitment to customer service. They help me keep my customers happy & that in turn makes me happy to be involved with XK Glow. The connections are great, the ease of installation is awesome & the extra splitters/connectors that allow me to do custom lighting is more than I could ever hope for. They are a step above everything that I've used in the past. Granted, I'm not a fan of the fiber optic series. Mainly because I feel the mounting flange should be wider for most applications. The installations I do of this product are for accents of things not on door panels (sub boxes, dash trim, amp racks etc) & need to be stapled or glued. The short flange doesn't allow for this type of custom install & it's more frustrating trying to get it to a level I'm proud of. Sure, the customers love it & so does the public. But I know what's wrong with it & I know that there's going to be eventual issues. I have become a huge fan of the rock lights though. They're better constructed & have more LEDs than the competitors. The main issue with these is hardware (again). But, using my own heavier duty hardware erases that issue. It's a minimal cost to give me peace of mind & add value to my customer's purchase. Especially when I show them the differences between the supplied & my own. In short, most products from XK Glow are well worth the cost. Most products are higher quality than the competitors & have a team of great individuals standing behind that product. If the controllers had a longer cable on the power button, if the controllers never malfunctioned & if the fiber optic flange was wider... Maybe I would give 5 stars. But I rarely if ever give 5 stars to any product because I can find flaws with everything. I don't let those flaws destroy the good things though. Believe me, XK Glow has many, MANY goods things going for them & I'd be here all day listing them. Just know that a purchase from XK Glow is a step in the right direction. The brightest, longest lasting lights. The most versatile installation system. Don't settle for less than XK Glow.

I love XKGLOW sometimes

I love XKGLOW, I have 50+ feet of their led strips in my car, under everywhere. Some of there products are super low quality made like the plastic clips on the end of each led strip. but their led lights are super bright in every color. Their app and the quality of the app is beyond what is in the world right now. And I love the makers and sellers of XKGLOW. If something is wrong they will fix it no matter what.

Customer service is great, but.....

Customer service is great, however the product has been very problematic. The connection ends are fragile and come apart easily. The bluetooth rarely connects. Tried resetting per suggestion, no luck. Wish I hadn't purchased so many feet of it.

The light controller box is not…

The light controller box is not responsive. I didn't even install them because I couldn't cycle through all the light combinations. Can I return the product? Who would I have to talk to?
