When initial setup their support was slow, but excellent. The price was right and I was delighted.
I suspect that Xsinor cpanel is a pirated asian copy as there was a period where cpanel errors abounded causing lock-out, and other customer reviews reported they had brought pirated copies from Xsinor.
There were several outages and towards the end of month I brought this to attention of support staff who argued that all was OK, even though my sites uptime robot was monitoring both my sites, their main one and I was maintaining my sites they all went down in unison, several times.
Xsinors top plan (unlimited everything), I had an Owncloud server and backup files. The Owncloud is for my own personal use similar to dropbox.
The backup files were backups of previous timeframes and about 20Gb in total.
Without any notice they deleted everything in backups and Owncloud.
This was important stuff to me. Now backups are irretrievable. I would not have minded if they had given me notice and opportunity to sort it first.
Ive closed my account.
Xsinor refunded the months payment.
Other customers have reported similar issues to mine.
Sadly, they dont seem to understand its important to give the customer a chance.
Never ever get anything from here, they are unprofessional and unworthy.
Since they took were overtaken by VIN they unconditionally favour one of their clients and unable to answer my question about giving root access to their server to a third party without letting clients know.

This is real review, and I am posting because we transfered to another server, as they threatened to delete our data and gave mere 1 week to transfer data.
Very bad. Most frequently changes server and IP addresses. Contact our customers directly with email id starting from the word root. Server frequently goes down.

I just want to say you guys Just rent a server And Host your company with Cpanel and etc same features Xsinor has . Its really very hard to maintain a server with more uptime just mind Before You rate . I will never reveal me who am i.
We are sorry that you couldn't access your dashboard in our website 1 day in a year.Your services was not impacted in any way because of our website maintenance. Also contact us form was accessible and emails was monitored so all your requests we could still process manually, but of course its easier to go and put one star for all of our services just for website maintenance.

Price and Quality is good but your service are not white-label for reseller service, because your server address and your main domain are same. For this reason any of client under the reseller he can contact directly to you. there was not privacy for reseller.
