Great fresh flavorful tuna
Great flavor from the various cuts of tuna we purchased (blue fin Akamai, big eye belly, and albacore loin). Nice to see the blue fin is now double vacuumed sealed. The big eye belly was a very well marbled, long thin portion, like a flank steak. A piece I previously purchased was much thicker and easier to keep raw inside while searing. That was not possible with the thin portion I received.

The quality and service is unmatched
The quality is unmatched, ensure you defrost properly to enjoy the superiority of superfrozen bluefin. Yama delivered my order on time, one item was missing and when I reached out that night, they came all the way back to me to deliver the missing item the next day. A lesser supplier would refund you for the missing product and leave you hanging. But Yama made sure my Kaiseki menu was complete for my guests.
