Great service (adding items to my order very efficiently). But have to be honest, quality of the salmon and chutoro was definitely lower than when I have ordered from you in the past. My family noticed as well. Disappointing when using for an omakase meal.

We order salmon and yellowtail sashimi-grade fish from Yama regularly and it's become our go-to. The quality is consistently excellent — everything arrives well-packaged and properly cold, with the freshness really coming through in every order. One thing that stood out: they gave us a heads-up that the shiso leaves included might be fragile, and they still arrived in great shape. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about how much care goes into their packing and shipping. Customer service has been great every step of the way, and shipping has been reliable every time. The quality of the fish was great
The quality of the fish was great! The local delivery was delivered on time and the fish was still cold and packaged in dried ice. The bags were a little fish though so just handle with gloves otherwise your hands would smell very fishy for awhile.

The short is; this was the single best shipped order of high-end/quality sashimi I have ever had delivered to my home. The packaging was great; the meat was still completely frozen when it arrived. Thawing instructions were very detailed and the look, smell and taste of the fish did not disappoint.

I ordered wasabi root from you guys and I just want to say how phenomenal it was you guys reached out to me the first time saying the first batch was bad and sending another to replace that was good!
