ordered items took ages to deliver and…

ordered items took ages to deliver and they are rubbish don't work, cannot get a response from them so I am stuck with rubbish and a loss of money, just not right

Ordered a item, it doesn't fit. Now, they won't accept my return.

Ordered a S/steel folding sink drain. I provided the size of the sink. The product sent was the wrong size-too small. I contacted them, but they wanted an invoice number, which wasn't provided to me, so I sent the numbers from Paypal. Apparently, that wasn't good enough, so now we're playing email tag. Paypal is no help. Buying from better sources from now on.

Bought sharpener

Bought sharpener. Took two weeks to appear. Absolute tat. Cheap nasty tat from China and charged me in all including p&p £13.98. Also have 10 days to return TO WHAT ADDRESS?? HAVE RECEIVED TOTAL REFUND INCLUDING POSTAGE. AMAZING!!! DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO SEND IT BACK. SHOWS HOW CHEAP IT IS, THEY DIDN'T WANT IT BACK.

So depressing to know that you can't make a purchase online without some A$$#0!e doing this to people. so the ccompany replied to my request for them to return my money and their reply was that due to the corona virus they cannot ship my item and they offered to send me HALF of my money back? NO NO NO NO NO I want it all back! what have they lost? nothing!q so why can't they send ALL my money back? WELL if they can do this to a million people and return half of what they received they are making money not selling a thing!!!YES they are SCAMMERS and I will report them to YouTube and see what they do? So here I am venting to no one and everyone about a phantom no one knows and probably never know, middle finger to them and a wake up call to me. buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a key chain for my son for his birthday in the 15th and still have not received it my sons b-day was the 24 10 days or has been already but they sure got their money.I would like my purchase and a refund but I know rhats not gonna happen.

Slick adds for junk products

Slick adds for junk products. I ordered the Titanium far and near reading glasses. They are worthless, I can't see anything thru them except a blur. They want my invoice # to process a refund. I sent the one listed on my paypal reciept, they said they can't find it, so I guess I wont be getting a refund. They have my shipping info and proof of payment that should be enough for them to issue a refund.

I ordered the hard boiled egg cooker & paid by paypal on 10.04.21 but didn't receive them. I have emailed them several times quoting my order & proof of payment but to date don't have the goods or a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Don’t buy anything!! Ordered a bandeau bra! Biggest load of rubbish. Nothing like the advert, horrid colour terrible stitching!! E mailed twice but still no reply! Absolute rip off 😡

Horrendous company...AVOID. They send any old rubbish e.g. totally wrong sized phone case. Then say you can’t return due to covid and offer a 50% refund. They are still making shed loads of money with this crooked and dishonest business model. Just don’t buy from them...save yourself wasted time and money!

i am almost certain this is the same company as lakeside inc you wait for ever & until you get pay pal or barclaycard involved forget it you have been well & truly scammed how are these companies comfybear lakeside inc allowed to advertise on FACEBOOK surely FACEBOOK should vet them before allowing them to advertise on legitimate websites SHAME ON YOU FACEBOOK

Antasie also shown as showing Ycimedia debit transaction on my account Antasie took my order processed it as Ycimedia on my debit card. The whole lot is a fraudulent scam. Antasie on their own Web support page auto fills the address as Antasie.couk which clearly isn't correct. They never reply to my emails. I'm now reporting both of the to company house for investigation for fraud and deception
