I purchased pictures. Web site had great, easy to find, templates that could be customized. Price was good. Product arrived to my house quicker than I expected and the high quality is what I have come to expect from York.
Pillow cases were good quality and pictures were very nice. One had a small wrinkle so the pattern had a white space. I emailed and sent a picture and they made another one and sent it quickly at no extra cost. Very pleased with the product and the service!

After 15 years of ordering my family calendar from YorkPhoto I will not longer do so. I wasted hours trying to complete my calendar for your save feature to malfunction and lose hours of works repeatedly. Plus no longer can input important family dates- birthdays etc. So so disappointed.
Hi Sonia, I am so sorry. That must have been extremely frustrating. This is the first time someone has reported an issue with the save functionality. We will investigate. I know there were a few stretches where the servers were extremely slow because of heavy traffic, and I could see that potentially impacting the save functionality. I do apologize. I had 3 orders with York placed within 3 days of each other. I got two of the orders very quickly; however, my first order had no tracking information, so when Customer Service was contacted, the did a duplicate order and sent it by expedited shipping. I can't say enough about York's commitment to customer satisfaction.

The mug I ordered came quickly and is perfect! There was a technical issue with online ordering and it took a bit of communication to not be charged the wrong price.
Two orders. One was great, a pillow, but one canvas picture way too dark. I was told I’d be sent an RMA but still haven’t received one.
I've used York for many years and have never been disappointed with their quality and selection of items. I've recommended them to many friends and family too!
My order was too dark to send so York photo agreed to reprint. When I asked if they would expedite the order and shipping, I received no answer. They did not expedite the order. My cards just arrived and will be late getting out because it took too long for me to get them. Disappointed.
I love all the Items I've ordered. My mom cried when I made her a blanket with her doggies on it. She absolutely loved it. I love the Keychains. Everything was good quality. Fast delivery also.
