I've used York photo since I sent in film !!

Loved making my photo book and using the interface provided. That part was easy. The shipping was ridiculous. I'm not sure what this new UPS service is, but it wasn't. Meaning I watched my package go to New Jersey from the mid-Atlantic region, and thence to near Seattle, before coming down here and being delivered by the post office. York photo charges plenty for shipping and it could have been here much faster using the USPS for the entire journey. Next order I paid $5 extra for 2nd day shipping (which I thought meant actually two days later) and it took a complete four days to get here, because second day does not mean that. It actually means two whole days besides weekends. So more clarity around shipping would be so useful !!!

The 2 Christmas ornaments came crooked

The 2 Christmas ornaments came crooked. Cute, but crooked. I can't give those as gifts. I realize there is a preview of the product before you order it. It was not crooked on the preview. Why would I want it crooked? I love the desk calendars. Those turned out wonderful and will be great gifts. But the ornaments were so disappointing to open. 😞 I had to use Shutterfly for those.
