The weight literally falls off on Phase One. Then you learn to keep it off in phase 2. That is challenging as the beads are gone. The beads really work after about a week! Stay with it!

The program was easy to follow and helped me reset healthier habits. I first found accu (weight) almost 20 years ago & whenever I need a good reset I know I can trust Accu (Life).
