This is the worst wig i have ever ordered. I will not order from this page again. The wig i ordets say it's human hair it's not human hair it's synthetic hair and it's not even pre pluck. I'm so disappointed if I could upload a picture of the wig I would. Don't spend your money on this page.

Order No. WIG00094516. Initially I was intrigued by their fashionable selection of wigs that I was drawn to order two wigs. I waited patiently for my new look until I received two wigs I never ordered. I was extremely disappointed. The sad part is I would never wear the crap they sent me. Please explain how the wigs I purchased using the images on your website turn out to be two totally different wigs???? I contacted Yourfirstwig customer service hoping for this to be a mistake and I would receive the wigs I ordered but they kindly responded with an apology and offered me a $10 refund on my full purchase price of $53.98, oh and to keep the atrocious looking wigs no one would wear. When I wouldn't accept their degrading offer they tried other tactics by warning me how much it will be to return the items. THIS WAS A FRAUDLENT TRANSACTION PERIOD!!! But hey you live an you learn. Trust me I learned my lesson! NEVER AGAIN...You can keep your $10

The wig was not at all like the one advertised and I asked fir my money back. It took a while to come as well and nobody ever updated me. I feel robbed

No response after reaching out
The only problem I have I picked the wrong color when ordering and Immediately reached out to have the color changed and never got a response. The only thing I got was the wig was shipped. I’m actually still waiting on the wig to arrive. It was ordered on Oct 15, 2023

Dishonesty
First of all I don't like the way this company does business Never answer emails or phone calls. It's been almost a month no wig. I'm going to continue to look for another company that's more organized. Unbelievable
Yourfirstwig is A SCAM!!!
I would provide a lower score but it does not allow it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE (make sure you look up the company name as well)...the wigs are not as specified in the images on the site or in the videos you are watching. The process in which you pay is done so intentionally as to lock you from receiving your monies back from the trash product, or incorrect order in my case and the wigs are trash. Your financial institution will offer no help even if the order is incorrect with scripted verbiage of their failings in their inability to assist in what they state they can assist in while making money off of your money invested within their entanglement. BEWARE!!!

The website was ok to navigate, but kept jumping to places to sell more products. I get it, but sometimes I just want to get to the purchase point. Can’t wait to get my wigs!
