Once I have found Nadula I have since purchased all my wigs from them. They are very prompt when answering questions and gets whatever question you need answered. The delivery is so quick too. I would recommend Nadula to everyone
Customer service is responsive and helpful but wigs are a hit or miss. If you are in any country other than US , you will have to pay return shipping.

Received my order today, the buy one get one free & let me tell you I love my hair!!! SO SOFT, right length!!! The hair I paid for was so long but have to admit the one I got free was short, used to wearing 14-16 inches, was hoping that’s what I would get!!! But all in all the hair was great!!!!! I placed an order for three different bob style wigs. I received a packaged from them but only one of the three wigs was delivered. I have been trying several times to get someone to assist with this and to see when the other two wigs will be delivered but I keep getting this automated email response that says my order has been delivered when only one of the three has been delivered. I have emailed them and uploaded pictures of what I received and what I ordered but I get nothing in response. I have tried to call as well but the recording says that no one is available and for me to leave my name , email and someone will get back with me. Still have not gotten anything from them. At this point if they don't send the other two wigs I paid for, I want my money back...

My ordering prices was great, the delivery was horrible I never got my package, it got held up at some usps spot and then got send back to the company and now I'm fighting to get my refund which is taking way too long. I am being helped by customer service but it is taking more than a week thus far and still haven't recieved my refund!!

I highly recommend buying here. First of all, I changed my mind about the wig I bought for some reason and I contacted customer service to cancel or return it. They replied in no time to all the emails I left saying I can return once I received the order and I will get my refund . I have never been satisfied to a customer service like this. Good job on the customer services. Now, for the wig, when it arrived, it was so beautiful and accurate to the description and video I saw online that I decided to keep it. Thank you for being accurate on the advertisement of your product. Oh I almost forget, the order came on time. Within 3-4 days I ordered. Wasn’t expecting that either. I am highly satisfied.
This vendor are crooks! They took my money and never sent the product because they successfully canceled the order well before it was shipped, however they are refusing to give my refund. I had ordered a hairpiece that would have taken a longer time to complete and I was contacted about it. I requested a comparable piece to be sent in exchange and they honored it. There was no negativity going back and forth, they were very receptive to what was asked and no additional payment was needed. I appreciated that. They stayed in contact with me the whole time and made sure I was satisfied.
