Complete disaster!!
I scheduled lawn service through GreenPal for Saturday. The night before, I texted the gardener to confirm the appointment and discuss the work, but I never received a response.
The gardener requested through the GreenPal app to reschedule for Monday, which required my approval. I never approved the change. The gardener didn't show up on Monday but arrived on Tuesday anyway and mowed my lawn without my knowledge or authorization.
When I contacted GreenPal, customer service was unhelpful. I was told to work it out with the gardener or dispute the charge with my credit card company. The representative didn't even identify themselves or the company when answering the phone.
Overall, this was an unprofessional experience with poor communication and no accountability. I would not use GreenPal again.

Green Pal sent me bids from various vendors for lawn mowing. It made it quite easy to select a good company. I went with Midwest Home Services. I was able to get scheduled right away at a reasonable price. James did a fantastic job mowing my lawn and did weed whacking so it is a very clean look. I plan to make use of his services on a biweekly basis. It is easy to handle the payment and scheduling through the Green PAL website.

A great platform
I've used the platform previously when I was a landlord and I had a positive experience. Using the platform a second time for myself has been positive as well. The person who cuts my lawn is always on time and he does a good job. I believe the price is more than fair for the front and the back. Great experience overall.

It's GREAT!
I just happened to stumble across GreenPal during a Google search. I'm so thankful I did! I was given three estimates pretty quick, and chose the one that best fit my needs. The gentleman that showed up was great! He's a down to Earth kind of man, understands, listens, cares about what I wanted done, and got the job done perfectly! The grass had not been cut for over two…
The grass had not been cut for over two weeks, largely due to daily rain, so it was long and raggedy. After DJ's visit, the yard was neat, noticeably shorter and well-groomed. Also, we hired him mid-season, so I am grateful he was able to work us into his schedule when he did.

Very happy with Powers Services first visit
Guys from Powers Services did a great job on our lawn. It was in bad shape because of lack of water this year, mostly due to both of our outdoor faucets being broken but have now been replaced, and overgrown weeds a lot of places. My husband and I are both retired and not able to do much lawn work any longer so found this company through GreenPal and very pleased. Will be using them again for the heavy work as very pleased with their work, the ease of booking, and the price was reasonable.
