My lawn was cut 2 weeks in a row when I have my schedule set for biweekly cuts. Therefore, my lawn was cut and my card was charged without my permission. I contacted GreenPal, and their response was basically, "oh well." They said they weren't responsible and I could cancel my account if I didn't like it.
Hi Katie, we're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Unexpected charges and schedule changes are concerning. Please email us at [email protected] with your account details so we can review what happened and work toward a resolution. We appreciate your feedback.
Great work, showed up on the requested day, and left the yard spotless. Highly recommend.

Hi Jack, thank you for your kind words! We're so glad to hear your lawn looks great and that you're happy with the service. We appreciate your support and are happy to be part of your lawn care journey!
From the beginning, things have been sporadic and inconsistent. Your communication system is not as fluid as it should be. When there is an issue with the service, I would prefer to deal directly with actual person/s who provided that service, and not with an AI system. Stop sending text with inaccurate photos of complete service at my residence. So all in all you get a 1 out of 5 from me. I met personally with Bruce and requested a lawn treatment service. Of course this has never happened. Looks like you sweet spot is simply “ cutting grass” as apposed to maintaining and professionally landscaping a property.
Hi Ken, we're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration with the communication and service concerns. We’d like the opportunity to look into what happened with your account and address your feedback. Please email us at [email protected] with your details so we can assist.
