YUAONEW is a SCAM RipOff Company DO NOT TRUST
YUAONEW is a SCAM RipOff Company DO NOT TRUST Purchased two 32TB hard drives $75.00 and they shipped the cases! for REAL! 32TB large capacity, 1GB transfer per second, plug and play, supports all models of mobile phones and computers I will get my money back from my CCard company and "they" will get it from them. But what a pain in the Butt and they do not reply to emails!
uh I'm so dumb. no more drunk shopping.
No reply from company or phone number. Why can't people just be honest. This planet needs to come together. How are we still at war? How come we treat each other bad and the planet bad. Everyone's life could be so much better if we really wanted to but people need to stop being greedy. Shame anyone in your life who lies. We need to remove this behavior it's too frequent these days and no one calls anyone out. Stop caring what people think of you and tell ppl when they are pieces of Sh*t.
I got robbed. Plain and simple. Stolen from.
Plain ripoff. Sent ma a plastic case and a cord… Can YouTube be held liable for this blatant theft?
Don't buy these SSD drives…
I stupidly bought 2 of these SSD drives after just reading the reviews on their website. After ordering I read the reviews here.... I realised it wasn't compatible with my TV which only works with external drives up to 2TB and my laptop 4TB. Read their returns, emailed them to arrange a return and was offered a $1AUD credit to my account and a 10% refund and keep the goods. I said no and this went back & forward until they reached 30%. Thats when I noticed the drives were only 30TB not 32TB as advertised. And they didn't appear to have any Bluetooth functionality or way of powering the unit without the USB. I emailed them, they denied it so I emailed them their ad and confirmation email stating 32TB and I was going to lodge a "goods sent not as described" chargeback through Visa. They immediately offered me the equivalent value of goods from 2 other websites, which I think were over inflated Temu dropshippers! I said no again so they offered me a 20% refund again! I'd had enough so I sent everything to Zip & they didn't even contact the merchant. They instantly refunded me as the merchant had broken their own returns process according to their website, and Visa's terms of service! Whatever you do, buy devices like this from PC stores or big name retailers that aren't going to sell you rubbish or muck you around if you want to return it. If they don't send you exactly what they advertised & you ordered it's on them to refund you or Visa will! These guys advertised on YouTube. I don't know if they are on Tiktok or other platforms but don't buy their rubbish.
ANGC instead of MAGA
Forget about the MAGA: (Make America Great Again) acronym. Instead, the real acronym should be ANGC (America Now Gangster Country). Gangsters and crooks are committing all sorts of crimes with impunity nationwide, having no fear of the government as the enforcer of the law. Fearlessly, crooks and gangsters are using all available tricks, including the (supposedly) federally secured airwaves; through TV ads, to steal from the public "at large." With the exception of Amazon, that guarantees the prompt return/reimbursement of bad purchased items from vendors, physical trips to the stores is the only other way to securely make any purchase. I ordered the 32tb drive for $56.00 from a Yuaonew online TV ad. After more than 2 weeks, I sent them an email to determine the expected delivery date. They claim to not have any information about the transaction despite sending a screeshot of the credit card transaction. In addition, It appears that they have also changed their company's names and web site.
One star ist not the correct category…
One star ist not the correct category for this scam company. Unfortunately I realized too late that on the same date as my own order, other unfortunate customers had the same experience to have paid over AUD 80 for an external harddrive, only to receive a flimsy make-believe device that is completely useless and has no resemblance to what was advertised. On contacting the company it turned out that they have no return policy, even for faulty products. Now admittedly, this is not a faulty, normally functioning product but a non-device and a scam in the first place. After a heavy back and forth exchange with them, they offered a maximum of 35% return, starting off with offering 15%. So everyone who has placed an order can work out how much they made on your gullibility. Time to take these guys off the net altogether!
Disgusting Shameful Chinese knock off!
Now all of the 1 Star reviews. Have strangely vanished. All the is now. Are all 5 Star reviews. Still while. Dragging San Disc great name. Is being used. And all you get is a Chinese knock off in its place. Shameful.
Scam site
Scam site. 32TB SSD would normally cost $8,500. Selling a blank for $83. Don’t buy products from this lot.

No tracking info It’s funny how the terabyte size kept getting bigger. It was a 7 TB and then it went up to a 32 for the same price. I think I got ripped off.
I wish I had read this before I bought…
I wish I had read this before I bought their Drive, 32T. I bought two, and the first one didn't work. Then, the second one did, and I transferred my family files, which include 50 years' worth of photos and videos. After the transfer was finished, I checked the Drive, and it seemed okay. I deleted all my files from my PC, as I was sure they were now safe. However, when I tried to open the Drive, the files were empty, just folders, but empty folders. I am devastated. I lost photos and videos of my family's birthdays, weddings, my grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and work. Never again, thanks to TV ads. I will never buy online. I will go to the shop in person.
