Forced auto shipments, not a trustworthy guarantee
I did not receive any follow up regarding my satisfaction with the results of starting the product. My 5 year old Golden Retriever has very mild arthritis in his front left paw. I saw no result and due to no follow up I missed the 90 day window for a refund. When I discussed it with your rep, she acted as though that’s the general mode of action for your company, protecting you from needing to stand behind your guarantee.
I also didn’t get an email alerting me to an auto-shipment being prepared to be shipped. I therefore didn’t have the option to stop the shipment. That’s a sales tactic that makes me distrust a company.

Veterinarian here. Love this product. Gave my GSD additional YEARS of active mobility when she started struggling with stairs at the age of 7, no doubt about it this is a top of the line supplement that’s so affordable compared to other big names. I recommend this to clients all the time.

I set up an autoship on line. I like that because it comes every month and I don’t have to remember to order it. I love this product! It works wonderfully in my older dogs and in young ones with an occasional lameness.
