The first order arrived in the time frame indicated and the product appeared just as advertised. I selected auto shipments and received notification of the next shipment exactly when I expected. The process so far has been quite reliable. Also my pitbull Lilly is apparently very happy with the flavor of the tablets.

Move supplements for dogs were recommended by my vet for my Boxador who had ACL surgery. So far she is doing quite well and she takes her meds daily.

Have dogs on this for ~5 years, after using dasuquin- and other supplements. 7 year old is in great shape- 12 year old has some rear issues- probably spinal- but still runs around.

I find the website difficult to use to change parameters for subscriptions. Often you have to leave a message on the phone number you have for contacts.

So far my experience has been great. I did a lot of research on these supplements and I am so far impressed that this supplement is more cost friendly but has all the great ingredients at the same strengths as more expensive brands.

My dog has been on YuMove for the last 4 years. He continued to do competitive agility at master level to he was 12 years old. We are retired from agility and do competitive rally at master level and he is more 13+ yrs old. YuMove helps him remain comfortable even in his older years!

You don't respond to emails or phone messages!!!!! You send notice out of a subscription being sent without a prior notice to adjust the subscription of necessary. I have left messages and sent emails please contact me ASAP 845-656-2207. If you ship things out on non business days you should be able to respond, otherwise do not do any business on non business days.

I have asked numerous times over email and telephone for you to stop sending me the product so frequently. I only need one container every two months AT THE MOST and you continue to charge me every month without notifying me that the charge is about to go through. A subscription service shouldn't be this difficult for you to figure out.
