Making Changes is Impossible
Making Changes is Impossible! I tried to change my payment date due to my employer changing their payroll dates and I reached out and changed dates moving forward but then noticed there would be 2 payments in one month and when I asked customer service to help they said they could do nothing. I rather go through the credit bureaus, take my chances and fix my credit that way! This is horrible customer service! NEVER AGAIN!
